Eliteam is an engineering firm founded in 2009.
The company employs 43 people and in 2016 posted sales of 5.8 million euros.
It has been using VSActivity since 2015.
Context and need
Before choosing VSActivity, Eliteam was already using an ERP competitor to VSActivity, but only for entering consultants’ activity reports. To manage its invoicing, Eliteam used an Excel spreadsheet shared by several people. This spreadsheet was riddled with errors due to multiple regular entries.
Eliteam was looking for a French solution to its problem. After consulting two companies, Eliteam selected VSActivity.

The solution
Eliteam’s primary objective was to replace its Excel billing spreadsheet, so the first VSActivity modules implemented were :
entry of mission orders and consultant activity reports, replacing the old ERP system,
billing management,
and business management.
A few months later, other modules were added:
purchasing, supplier and order management,
human resources management,
and the management of employee expenses and absences.
